Hi! I’m Sarah Hipp. Baker, adventure enthusiast, and owner of Hippbakes living (and baking) it up in Kailua, Oʻahu. I’m the one-woman show behind the biz who runs it all. When I’m not creating in the kitchen you can find me hiking, paddling, swimming, or relaxing in a hammock.

I've nurtured a passion for baking for as long as I can remember. Growing up, baking was a family affair and I love how it brought everyone together. Fast forward to 2020 and I found myself taking the leap to make my dream of my own baking business a reality. Thankfully I’ve honed my skills since those early days and am proud to offer custom buttercream cakes and cupcakes for couples tying the knot.
